the high point of "head of the class" was definitely the episode where they make a music video using that timbuk3 song. it's kinda hard for me to watch that show, though, because of dennis blunden-- the fat kid who's always sarcastic in this totally sophomoric and inane way. i think, "hmm, i wonder if people see me as that guy? bluuuuurgggghhhh..." better not dwell on that. hahah. sometimes i get into a mood where i can go out, see a couple of bands, wiggle a bit, and not really need to talk to anyone or have any close friends near... and just be satisfied. i dunno. maybe just being around a lot of strangers in a good mood, the good mood rubs off on me. it's not always like this, but it's nice when it is.

oh. ALSO, i stopped at a gas station to put gas in the car before going to see !!!/outhud tonight, but when i got out i looked up and saw thousands of tiny flies swirling (swarming?) under the fluorescent lights, and hundreds of them were dropping dead and falling on all of the cars and in my hair. it was crazy. i didn't even stay to pump the gas... i'd rather drive all the way to the next town to find a gas station, than spend three minutes in a rain of dead bugs.
