empand inlire just came out on dvd. remember a movie called pretty woman which starred julia roberts and richard gere? prolly not, right. the movie-within-a-movie is a parody of pretty woman. except rather than rags to riches, it's riches to stabbed by a hooker with a screwdriver on a boulevard of broken dreams. funny!

oh and for maybe a year or so the scale has said about 145-150 which i guess sounds alright but then i wouldn't say i got there by being extra-fit or extra-healthy either so um... yeah.
